I can't seem to get the cover off the gyroscope to insert batteries. There is a blue plastic tab and when I push it in, the cover does not come off. There is a tiny screw beside the tab, am I supposed to unscrew that? It's so small, I've never seen a screwdriver that would fit it. I would appreciate any guidance you can give me.

Yes, in all of our products that require batteries, we have a screw to protect the battery compartment as a safety protocol based on CPSC safety standards. You can use a precision screwdriver (often found in eye glass repair kits) to remove the screw.
