Happy Atoms recognizing large molecules?

Any instructions for getting the scan to recognize all the atoms in a large molecule correctly? Sometimes multiple shifts of position/lighting still leave the app thinking that an Oxygen is a Carbon (for example).
The "not what you made?" button doesn't seem to offer an alternative.
Also, when you click on an incorrect atom, it becomes an X, but then what? Can you change it somehow?
Thanks! It gets frustrating after multiple unsuccessful attempts to scan a complex build.

Thank you for contacting us and I’ll do my best to help. Please try the following to ensure the camera can pick up the best picture possible.

• Please use the included white bag/mat to scan the elements
• Please ensure the element symbol can be seen in the frame
• Please ensure the focus is set on the elements so that the symbols are clear
• Please ensure there is proper lighting when scanning the element

A Getting Started with Happy Atoms video is available for your convenience, along with the official Happy Atoms site which offers sample lesson plans and other valuable resources.
